Becoming a mother changes everything – including how we see ourselves – yet no one prepares us for that shift. Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, parenting your second, or somewhere in between, we invite you to witness and honor this transformation. We'll offer space to explore your evolving journey with a complimentary mini photo shoot by documentary motherhood photographer Nicole and a guided group reflection led by us on the identity shifts of matrescence (the transition to motherhood). You'll enjoy:
