Fertile Ground: 6-Week Workshop

Becoming a mother doesn’t happen in a single moment — it’s an ongoing process. Whether you’re expecting your first child or navigating early parenthood for the third time, you may find yourself wondering: Who am I now? Why does this feel so hard/confusing/overwhelming? Am I the only one feeling this way? Is this normal?

Fertile Ground is a six-week immersive online workshop designed to help you make sense of your matrescence, the outer and inner transformation that comes with motherhood. It offers what every mother deserves: space to pause, reflect, learn, and feel genuinely supported.

While many perinatal offerings focus on birth, breastfeeding, or baby care, this one focuses on you. We center your identity, emotions, and evolving sense of self—because when we care for ourselves through this transition, we’re better able to show up to motherhood with intention, clarity, and compassion—for both our children and ourselves.

Who It’s For:

  • Expecting mothers (first-time, second-time, or beyond)

  • New and experienced mothers (postpartum, toddlerhood, or older children)

  • Non-birthing mothers (via surrogacy, adoption, or fostering)

If you are unable to attend the date or time above, sign up for a future session here or complete this form.
