Almost every new parent weโ€™ve met has confided that sleep has been on the mind. Either itโ€™s hard & sleepless nights seem to stretch ahead, or itโ€™s going well & theyโ€™re worried it canโ€™t last.

Whichever side youโ€™re on we want to make sure youโ€™re equipped with the tools for making healthy sleep work for your family, and to understand what โ€œgood sleepโ€ looks like at key developmental stages.

We recently teamed up with Tina Black at Good Night Baby to host some small group sessions, giving parents a chance to troubleshoot problems, get support and make a plan.
