parenthood: a guided reflection

The journey into and through parenthood is both beautiful and challenging. Come & reflect on the transition into parenthood in this small guided group reflection.

Led by Kate Pastorek, this deliberately intimate session is a chance to reflect on your own personal journey into parenthood. A chance to take stock of the joyful, surprising and most challenging moments.

We know it can be hard to take a breath - weโ€™re here to help you prioritize dedicated time to reflect on the areas in which youโ€™ve thrived and want to lean into and the areas you want to find support or make changes. This is your time to take a moment and reflect.
