Join Bea Wolert for weekly outdoor mindfulness sessions that combine breathwork, mindful walking, and simple creative practices like visualization, nature-based connection activities, sound mapping and intuitive drawing to ground the body, quiet the mind, and open creative awareness. No prior experience is necessary.

Open to adults; Mats are encouraged. All other materials provided. Limited to 25 participants. Advance registration required.
Please meet at the Mr. Monitor Statue adjacent to the Monitor Street mid-block entrance.
