McGolrick Meditation: Forest Bathing

Relax and remain quiet while walking amongst McGolrick Park’s trees during our Japanese forest bathing session (shirin yoku) with local artist Beatrice Wolert.
Forest bathing is a self-care practice that seeks to enhance health holistically by connecting with nature via our senses. It can promote your mood, focus, and balance stress levels. Mats, journals, and writing implements will be provided.
Spots are limited to 12 participants. To secure your spot, add to cart and finalize your checkout by completing the waiver. This event is open to ages 18+.
