Meeting every Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, this immersive after-school program fosters creativity, environmental awareness, and fine motor skills through hands-on projects inspired by diverse communities and cultures from around the globe. From crafting "Junk Bots" inspired by assemblage art to designing "Bottle Cap Mosaics" influenced by Indigenous dot art, young artists will explore a vibrant array of art techniques while learning to see the artistic potential in repurposed materials, fostering both artistic expression and a global perspective! The final week of classes will culminate in a special showcase where young artists can proudly present their unique, upcycled masterpieces!
